Anchoring the energies

I have the joy of living in a little mini-community of friends at the mo' and we all share a real passion for life, a trust in its constant unfolding and a desire to live as close to the earth as possible. One of the things I love most about living with these friends is our early morning meetups around a candle. It's nothing formal - in fact it's pretty free-flow - but it gives us each an opportunity to close our eyes, centre in our own beingness and start the day off on a positive note. I like pretty much to live each day from a place of spontaneity, often with no set plans, but, when I'm home, this daily practice really 'anchors' the energies of the day. Mmmm.... <3
