Can you let yourself come undone?
I have a new coaching client who's teaching me a lot about change and transformation. It's plain to see that her soul wants so much to take this opportunity (called 'life') and unfold into her full magnificence. This lifetime! She's quite clear about this! And she wonders why, at a physical and practical level, everything is falling apart in her life. It's like she's undergoing a complete crumbling - a metamorphosis - and even the cells in her physical body are changing... (and, if she was not able to read the 'truth' of the situation, these changes might fool her into thinking she 'had something serious'!)That's the way it happens. You make a commitment to change at that level, to unfold into all that you know you are at core - and the universe listens!I came across this quote from author Cynthia Occelli, as I was writing up my notes from the session. I think it says it all: 'For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.' What do you think?
